When you create an account, we collect information such as your email address and display name. As you use CLR Studio, we record usage data related to your generations, model choices, and spend so we can operate billing and show you accurate usage history. Payment details are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We use your data to provide and maintain the service, authenticate your account, process payments and wallet top-ups, and deliver transactional messages such as receipts, security alerts, and account notices. We also use aggregated usage information to improve reliability, pricing transparency, and product features.

CLR Studio relies on trusted processors to run the platform. Supabase hosts our database and authentication infrastructure. Stripe handles subscription and wallet payments. When you generate content, requests may be sent to AI providers such as fal.ai, OpenAI, and Google according to the model you select. These providers process prompts and media solely to deliver the generation you requested, under their own terms and privacy policies.

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account remains active and as needed to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

If you are located in the European Union or the European Economic Area, including France, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us using the email below and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

CLR Studio uses minimal cookies and similar technologies needed to keep you signed in and to protect your session. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential session cookies may prevent you from using the service.
