Terms of Service

CLR Studio is a software-as-a-service platform that provides AI-powered tools for generating images, videos, and audio. We connect you to third-party AI providers and pass through their API costs transparently, without markup on generation pricing.

Generation pricing on CLR Studio reflects the underlying API cost of each model. Pro is billed at $19.99 per month and Business at $34.99 per month, with monthly billing. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

You may add prepaid wallet credits to pay for generations on a pay-as-you-go basis. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once credits have been used to run a generation. Unused wallet balance remains available on your account until spent or until your account is closed, subject to applicable law.

Free accounts are subject to usage limits, including a $25 per month API spending cap and a watermark applied to eligible generations. We may adjust free-tier limits to keep the service sustainable; material changes will be communicated through the product or by email where appropriate.

You agree not to use CLR Studio to create, upload, or distribute illegal content, including content that sexualizes minors or otherwise violates child-protection laws. You may not use the service to impersonate others in a deceptive or harmful way, or to generate material that infringes third-party rights or applicable regulations. We may review usage patterns and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Subject to your compliance with these terms and the rights of underlying model providers, you retain ownership of outputs you generate through your account, to the extent permitted by law and by the terms of the AI services involved. CLR Studio and its branding, software, documentation, and platform design remain our exclusive property.

You may stop using CLR Studio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the platform, or create legal or security risk for CLR Studio or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, though provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

CLR Studio is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the service or these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in France, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
